Every year, the DOWC team comes together to support Toys for Tots, and the response is always incredible. Because we remember what it felt like to open a gift as a kid – and because every child deserves to know that someone is thinking of them.
What started as a simple toy drive has grown into one of our most cherished traditions. The Employee Lounge overflows with board games and dolls, action figures and stuffed animals. These toys go directly to families in our community, each one carrying a message of joy.
It’s not about how many toys we collect – it’s about the positivity we help create. The real gift is in seeing our team unite with kindness, generosity, and purpose, knowing we’re bringing light hope to children who need it most.
